Our top priority is your safety and those of your customers, our quality assurance and quality control scheme is designed just to do that, to eliminate any safety issues that may be posed by the materials and any severe or major defect.
Some building materials can contain substances with toxic levels such as sulfurous gasses or formaldehyde which are hazardous for human health and can also cause corrosion of copper wires. Lack of inspection, quality control and testing of the materials that have harmful levels of chemicals lead to safety problems. This is why quality is the most important aspect we focus on. Quality control is the best way to make sure you do not end up with products that are harmful to you or your customer, below standard and therefore cannot be sold or used.
You only need to define the tests that are required to be performed, we secure samples, get them inspected and tested for compliance to applicable quality standard, ship them to you if necessary with all quality and testing report. After your approval, we arrange and manage the mass production, conduct quality inspection at 5% production to identify defects and errors early and implement corrective action on time.
we work with industry first in class quality inspection and testing partners such as SGS, HQTS to make sure that the levels of gasses such as formaldehyde, sulfurous gasses released by most of buildings materials are within your country standard’s permissible limits and will not cause any health hazard. Testing and quality inspection reports will be issued to you before and after the mass production.
We conduct another round of inspection and testing before container loading and send you all quality and testing reports to ensure that production was done according to the confirmed sample, your specification and related stantards.
